On The Rise is a nonprofit foster family agency that provides loving and safe homes to children who have been abused and neglected in San Bernardino and Riverside County. We were founded on the belief that children in foster care deserve the best possible home environment while they are temporarily separated from their family. At On The Rise we strive to provide our children with consistency, love, and comfort. We provide foster homes for hundreds of children and have completed over 50 successful adoptions!
